    Vitamin A is the mostanimal and vegetableavailable in sources.
    animal sources:
    • liver (beef, chicken and fish liver);
    • fish oil ;
    • egg yolk ;
    • milk and dairy products (whole milk, yoghurt, cheese);
    • butter.
    herbal sources:
    • orange and yellow vegetables such as carrots, sweet potatoes, and pumpkins;
    • green leafy vegetables such as spinach and broccoli;
    • red and yellow peppers;
    • fruits such as mango and apricot.
    Additionally, enriched cereals, breads, red and white meat, and offal also contain vitamin A.
