Foods that should be consumed most in the Food Pyramid:It is a group of grains located at the base.
It is recommended to consume 6-11 servings of grains daily. However, this amount may vary depending on factors such as individuals’ height, weight, genetic characteristics and physical activity levels.
Versions of whole grains (bread, pasta, bulgur, rice) that require less processing and are richer in fiber, vitamins and minerals (whole wheat, brown rice) should be preferred.
