    According to some sources, the most famous dishes of Nepal are:
    • समायबाजी. Samay Baji, the authentic traditional dish of the Newar community living in Nepal, consists of many nutritional elements such as beaten rice, barbecued chhwela, fried egg, black soybeans and spicy potatoes.
    • दल भात. Dal Bhat, one of the cornerstones of Nepalese cuisine, is served with lentil soup (dal) and rice (bhat). It comes with additional delicacies such as vegetable dishes, pickles, and sometimes meat or fish.
    • Momo. Momo, a type of bun that is usually steamed, is filled with vegetables and meat. Nowadays, cheese and potato options are also available.
    According to another view, the most famous dishes of Nepal include:
    • Thukpa. Thukpa, known as Japanese soup, is one of the starter dishes frequently consumed in Nepal.
    • Like falling. Sekuwa, made using pork, lamb, goat or chicken depending on preference, is very popular in Nepal.
    • Search Chhoila. Haku Choila, which consists of cutting chicken meat into pieces and cooking it by adding tomatoes, onions and many spices, is a main dish served in almost every restaurant in Nepal.
