   Spinach cake ingredients:

   for cake:

   • 3 eggs;
   • 1 glass of sugar;
   • Half a glass of milk;
   • Half a glass of oil;
   • A little more than half a glass of spinach puree (about 4 tablespoons);
   • 1 packet vanillin;
   • 1 pack of baking powder;
   • 2 cups of flour.

   For the cream:

   • 4 glasses of milk;
   • 5-6 tablespoons of sugar;
   • 4 (a little heaping) tablespoons of flour;
   • 1 tablespoon of starch;
   • 1 teaspoon of butter;
   • 1 pack of whipped cream (to be used in powder form).

   for between:

   • 2 packs of whipped cream;
   • 1.5 cups of cold milk.

   For the top:

   • Cake crumbs.

   for decoration:

   • Pomegranate seeds (optional).
