    • 5 cups of flour;
    • 2 glasses of warm water;

    • Half a tablespoon of salt;
    • 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
    Preparation:
    1. Take the flour into the kneading bowl, make a hole in the middle and add sugar, yeast, salt and olive oil.
    2. Add warm water and start kneading the dough.
    3. When the dough reaches a soft consistency, cover it with stretch film, cover it with a blanket and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
    4. Place the fermented dough on a counter sprinkled with some flour, knead it a little more and remove the air.
    5. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts and start rolling out the first pizza.
    6. Poke holes in the dough with a fork to prevent it from rising.
    7. If you are going to cook in a home oven, pre-bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
    8. Complete the pizza by adding pizza sauce and any toppings you want.
    9. Bake in the oven at 200°C for another 15 minutes.
