      • Egg yolk;
      • Sesame and black cumin.
    How to make:
    1. Dissolve fresh yeast in warm water and add sugar and salt.
    2. Add warm milk and oil.
    3. Add egg whites to the dough.
    4. Add flour in a controlled manner and obtain a dough with earlobe consistency.
    5. Cover the dough and leave it to ferment.
    6. Boil and mash the potatoes, fry them with the onion and mix with the spices.
    7. Take balls from the fermented dough, roll them into round shapes and close them by putting the potato mixture inside.
    8. Place the pastries on a tray lined with baking paper, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with black cumin seeds.
