  1. Ingredients needed to make full-sized sugarpare:
    • 125 grams of butter or margarine at room temperature;

    • 1 packet vanillin;

    • 3 cups of flour.

    • 4 glasses of water;
    • 3 cups of granulated sugar;
    • 1 slice of lemon.
    For the top:
    • 1 egg yolk;
    • 1 teaspoon of molasses.
    How to make:
    1. Prepare the syrup: Put water and sugar in a pot, boil, add lemon juice and boil for another 5 minutes. Remove from the stove and let it cool.
    2. Knead the dough: Put the eggs, butter, oil, semolina and powdered sugar in the kneading bowl and mix. Add the flour little by little and add the baking powder and vanilla. Knead a dough of earlobe consistency.
    3. Forming: Tear off walnut-sized pieces from the dough and shape them into ovals. Brush them with egg yolk and scratch them with a fork.
