Pudding and kadayıf can be combined as follows::
Preparation of Kadayıf:
Finely chop 300 grams of kadayif.
Fry the kadayıf in 3 tablespoons of butter until it turns golden brown.
When roasted, add 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 cup of crushed walnuts or hazelnuts, mix and leave to cool.
Preparation of Pudding:
Put 1 liter of milk, 4 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of corn starch, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 egg yolk and 1 pack of vanilla in a pot and mix by whisking.
After 3 minutes of boiling, remove it from the stove and let it cool for 15-20 minutes.
Add 200 ml of cream to the cooled pudding and mix with a whisk.
Combining Dessert:
Spread half of the roasted kadayıf on the bottom of the serving bowl.
Pour the pudding over it and flatten it.
Spread the remaining kadayif on top.
Once it reaches room temperature, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
Alternatively, kadayıf and pudding layers can also be served in cups.
