  1. Pudding and kadayıf can be combined as follows::
    1. Preparation of Kadayıf:
      • Finely chop 300 grams of kadayif.
      • Fry the kadayıf in 3 tablespoons of butter until it turns golden brown.
      • When roasted, add 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 cup of crushed walnuts or hazelnuts, mix and leave to cool.
    2. Preparation of Pudding:
      • Put 1 liter of milk, 4 tablespoons of flour, 3 tablespoons of corn starch, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 egg yolk and 1 pack of vanilla in a pot and mix by whisking.
      • After 3 minutes of boiling, remove it from the stove and let it cool for 15-20 minutes.
      • Add 200 ml of cream to the cooled pudding and mix with a whisk.
    3. Combining Dessert:
      • Spread half of the roasted kadayıf on the bottom of the serving bowl.
      • Pour the pudding over it and flatten it.
      • Spread the remaining kadayif on top.
      • Once it reaches room temperature, let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
    Alternatively, kadayıf and pudding layers can also be served in cups.
