For the dough: 5 cups of flour, 3 egg yolks, 1 pack of fresh yeast, 1.5 cups of warm milk, half a cup of sugar, a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of melted warm butter, 3 tablespoons of orange juice, 1 pack of vanillin.
For the cream: 3 glasses of milk, 3 heaping tablespoons of flour, 1 tablespoon of starch, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 pack of vanillin, 1 bag of whipped cream.
For frying: Oil.
For the top: Powdered sugar.
Preparation:
Pastry: Take 4 cups of flour in a bowl and make a hole in the middle. Add yeast, sugar and warm milk and let sit for 5 minutes. Add other ingredients and knead for 5 minutes. Stretch it and let it ferment for 1 hour.
Cream: Mix flour, starch, milk, sugar and eggs and cook. When it is removed from the stove, add butter and vanillin, when it cools down, add whipped cream and whisk.
cooking: Make balls from the fermented dough and let them ferment for 20 minutes. Fry both sides in hot oil.
