  1. The filling of Avcı pastry consists of the following ingredients::
    • 300 grams of medium-fat ground meat;
    • 1 onion;
    • 1 tablespoon of butter;
    • 3 tablespoons of fine bulgur;
    • 50 grams of walnuts;
    • 10 sprigs of parsley;
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
    • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder.
    Additionally, optionally, a small amount of tomato paste can be added to the minced meat mixture.
