1. Alternatives that can be used instead of paella pan:

   • Large and flat pans: Thick-bottomed and flat pans with a diameter of at least 30 cm can be used.
   • Paellera alternative: If there is no original paellera pan, cast iron pans can also be preferred.

   Pans with very thin bottoms are not recommended as they have difficulty distributing heat evenly.
