  1. Some foods containing vitamin B10 (PABA):
    • offal (liver, spleen, heart, brain);
    • whole grains;
    • spinach ;
    • mushroom ;
    • dairy products;
    • egg.
    The amount of PABA in these foods may not be sufficient to meet daily needs. For this reason, vitamin B10 is often used in dietary supplements or skin care products.
