  1. Ingredients required for the syrup of Lokma dessert:
    • 3 glasses of water;
    • 3 cups of granulated sugar;
    • 2 tablespoons of honey;
    • 3-4 drops of lemon juice.
    Preparation:
    1. Add water and granulated sugar to the pot, stir until the sugar dissolves.
    2. Boil for a few minutes on the stove, add lemon juice.
    3. Remove from the stove and let it cool.
    The sherbet should be ice cold.
