1. Real Izmir meatball sauceMaterials needed for:

   • 1 tablespoon tomato paste;
   • 2 grated tomatoes;
   • 1 teaspoon of ground pepper;
   • 1 glass of water;
   • Salt.

   Preparation:

   1. Mix grated tomatoes, tomato paste, ground pepper, water and salt in a bowl.
   2. Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs and potatoes.

   Grated tomatoes can be added to the Izmir meatball sauce to get a thicker consistency.
