   Medium-fat ground beef is used for meatballs in bread..

   Materials:

   • 400 g minced meat;
   • 1 onion;
   • 2 cloves of garlic;
   • 1 slice of stale bread;
   • 1 teaspoon cumin;
   • 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder;
   • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper;
   • 1 teaspoon of salt.

   Minced meat is kneaded with grated onion, garlic, stale bread crumbs and other ingredients in a large bowl. When the mortar becomes homogeneous, it is stretched and left to rest in the refrigerator for at least 15-20 minutes.
