Which foods contain the most vitamin B?

Bir Yorum

  1. Vitamin B is mostly found in the following foods:
    • animal foods: Liver, kidney, red meat, chicken, turkey, eggs, milk, yoghurt, cheese, fish (salmon, sardine, tuna), shellfish (mussels, oysters, shrimp).
    • plant foods: Dark leafy green vegetables such as spinach and cabbage, legumes such as beans, chickpeas and lentils, whole grain foods, potatoes, bananas, chili peppers and molasses.
Since vitamin B is a water-soluble vitamin group, it must be taken regularly through diet.
