Domino’s Pizza’s 30-minute rulestates that if the order is not delivered within 30 minutes, the maximum liability for the order is the highest priced item on the menu. This amount is discounted from the voucher amount. If the order price is less, no fee will be charged and no additional fee will be given.
This rule is subject to some conditions:
The 30-minute guarantee is valid within the service limits of the branch where the order is placed.
This rule does not apply to bulk orders (4 or more pieces).
The 30-minute guarantee is not valid on promotion days, bad weather conditions and night service hours between 23:30-04:00.
In areas such as hospitals, schools, business centers and housing estates, the 30-minute guarantee extends to security or information units.
Delivery within 30 minutes is not guaranteed in case of spelling errors in address notifications (when the street/street name or building number is written incorrectly).
