   Tabldot kuvervea la carte coverare two different types of cover used in restaurants.

   • Tabldot kuver (Table D’hote): It is a cover prepared for meals whose menu is known in advance, taking into consideration the order and ease of use of the serving sets. Forks, spoons and knives are arranged in accordance with the order of the dishes on the menu.
   • à la carte cover: It is a cover prepared for dishes whose menu is not known in advance, by placing the necessary serving sets in the order of use after the order. It is aimed to have every ingredient on the table according to the guests’ choice.

   Covering includes materials such as tablecloths, cutlery, candlesticks and napkins. Cover types may differ from place to place.
