refining processIt is the process of removing unwanted substances from raw materials and making them consumable.
The refining process is carried out by various methods in different areas:
metal refining. Pyrometallurgical processes are used to remove impurities in metals.
oil refining. Chemical and physical methods are applied to remove substances such as free fatty acids, phospholipids, oxidized products, metals and color pigments from crude oils.
oil refining. Crude oil is separated and converted into different products through various processes such as distillation, hydro-desulfurization, catalytic cracking.
