   Sultan wrap ingredients:

   • 1 glass of granulated sugar;
   • 1.5 cups of flour;
   • 3 tablespoons of cocoa;
   • 1 liter of milk;
   • 1 tablespoon of butter;
   • 1 packet vanillin;
   • 1.5 cups of coconut;
   • 2 packs of whipped cream (sold in powder form, 1 tea glass of milk).

   Additionally, pistachios or chocolate sauce can be added for topping.
