   Oven pasta ingredients:

   • For bechamel sauce:
     • 4 tablespoons of butter;
     • 2 tablespoons of oil;
     • 3 tablespoons of flour;
     • 2.5 glasses of milk;
     • Half a nutmeg.
   • For stuffing:
     • 1 pack of oven pasta;
     • 1.5 cups of grated cheddar cheese.

   optional ingredients:

   • boiled chicken or mushrooms ;
   • other cheeses such as mozzarella, parmesan.

   The type of pasta used when making oven pasta should be the type that holds the sauce well, can be cooked without spoiling, and does not dry out in the oven. Long pastas such as spaghetti and tagliatelle are generally not suitable.
