   • For the dough:
     • half a tea glass of oil;
     • 2 glasses of water;
     • a pinch of salt;
     • 2 cups of flour;
     • 4 eggs;
     • 1 tablespoon semolina;
     • 1 tablespoon of starch;
     • half a teaspoon of baking powder.
   • For the sherbet:
     • 3 glasses of water;
     • 3 cups of sugar;
     • 2-3 drops of lemon juice.
   • For frying:
     • oil.
