   These steps can be followed to soften the cabbage while making stuffed cabbage:

   1. White cabbage is cut in half.
   2. Boil water in a large pot.
   3. Cabbage leaves are placed in boiling water.
   4. Boil the cabbage until it becomes soft.
   5. Be careful not to boil it too much, otherwise you may have difficulty wrapping it.
   6. Boiled cabbages are placed in a bowl filled with cold water and the excess water is drained.

   Alternatively, adding salt, sugar, vinegar or lemon to chopped cabbage and rubbing it is one of the softening methods.
