When making stewing, rice can be soaked as follows:
The rice is filtered and passed through water until clear water flows from the bottom.
It can be kept in warm water for 1 hour.
The aim of both methods is to ensure that the starch flows.
Additionally, it is recommended to use warm and salty water when soaking the rice. Letting the rice sit in water for about 20-30 minutes will be enough to remove its starch.
Rice should not be mixed when left to soak. Otherwise, the rice may break.
