  1. Homemade whipped cream recipe:
    Materials:
    • 2 egg whites;
    • 1 tea glass of granulated sugar;
    • 3 tablespoons of water;
    • 1 pack of vanilla;
    • 1 pinch of salt.
    Preparation:
    1. Add a pinch of salt to the egg white and beat for 3 minutes. You should get a consistency like pure white foam.
    2. Boil sugar and water in a coffee pot until the sugar dissolves.
    3. Pour the boiling hot mixture over the eggs and beat with a mixer for 10 minutes.
    4. Add vanilla and beat for another 5 minutes.
    5. You can use it after letting it rest in the fridge for a while.
    tips:
    • Not even a drop of egg yolk should be mixed into the egg white.
    • After adding sugar and water, it should be whipped for at least 10 minutes.
    • Whisking the mixture too much may cause it to lose consistency.
