    Ingredients needed for the best yoghurt soup recipe:
    • 1.5 cups of yoghurt;
    • 5 tablespoons of rice;
    • 1 egg yolk;
    • 1 tablespoon of flour;
    • 6 glasses of water;
    • Salt;
    • For topping: 1 tablespoon butter and 1 teaspoon dried mint.
    How to make:
    1. Put 6 glasses of water in a deep pot and let it boil.
    2. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, egg yolk and flour thoroughly with a wire whisk.
    3. Add 5 tablespoons of rice into boiling water and cook until the rice becomes soft.
    4. Take a ladle of soup water and pour it into the yoghurt dressing and let it cool.
    5. Pour the seasoning into the soup little by little, mix quickly and add 1 teaspoon of dried mint.
    6. Let the yoghurt soup you prepared boil, stirring occasionally.
    7. After the soup boils, turn off the stove and add salt according to your taste and stir.
    8. If the soup is thick, add hot water little by little and adjust the consistency.
    9. Optionally, melt the butter in a pan, add dried mint, heat and pour over the soup.
    In order to prevent the yoghurt soup from curdling, it is important to add the seasoning after warming it, stir constantly until it boils, and add the salt after it is cooked.
