    The following ingredients and steps can be followed to make the most beautiful pastry dough:
    Materials:
    • 2 tea glasses of warm water (250 ml);
    • 2 tea glasses of warm milk (250 ml);
    • 1 glass of oil (200 ml);
    • 2 tablespoons of yoghurt;
    • 1 instant virtual package;
    • 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
    • 1 tablespoon of salt;
    • 2 egg whites;
    • 8 cups of flour.
    How to make:
    1. Take water, milk, oil, yoghurt, egg white and granulated sugar in the kneading bowl and mix well.
    2. Add salt, yeast and some of the flour and start kneading.
    3. As the dough comes together, add flour and continue kneading.
    4. Place the dough on a floured counter, gather it one last time, and place it back in the kneading bowl.
    5. Stretch the dough, cover it with a clean cloth and let it rise for 1 hour.
    6. Uncover your fermented dough, remove the air with your hands and place it on the counter.
    7. Prepare your pastries by giving your dough the shape you want.
    In order for the pastry dough to rise well, it is recommended that the milk and water be warm and the fermentation environment should be kept warm. Additionally, it is recommended to knead the dough for a long enough time and let the dough rest on the tray for 15-20 minutes after it has fermented.
