How to make: Boil dried eggplants and bell peppers in salted water for about 10 minutes. Mix onions, tomatoes, parsley, pepper and half of the tomato paste, salt, rice, mint, olive oil, pomegranate syrup and chili pepper. Fill the mixture you prepared to fill half of the dried peppers and eggplants. Arrange them in the pot, with eggplant on the bottom and pepper on top. Place a flat porcelain plate on top of them, upside down. Fill with enough water to cover the stuffed vegetables by 1 inch, close the lid and let it boil.
