    Preparation:
    1. Mix sugar and water in a pot.
    2. Let it boil, stirring occasionally.
    3. After boiling for about 15 minutes, add lemon juice.
    4. Boil for another 5 minutes and remove from the stove.
    5. Let the sherbet cool.
    Sherbet should be cold and desserts should be hot.
