    • 1 liter of hot water.
    How to make:
    1. Take sunflower oil in the pot and heat it.
    2. Add the onions you chopped and fry until they turn pink.
    3. Add the flour and fry until the smell disappears.
    4. Add lentils, turmeric, cumin, black pepper and salt, mix several times.
    5. Add hot water, stir, cover the pot and cook until the lentils become soft, about 20-25 minutes.
    6. After the soup is cooked, blend the soup with a hand blender until it reaches a smooth consistency.
    7. If the consistency is too thick, you can add some more hot water.
