How to make: Take water, milk, oil, yoghurt, egg white and granulated sugar in the kneading bowl and mix well. Add salt, yeast and some of the flour and start kneading. As the dough comes together, add flour and continue kneading. Place the dough on a floured counter and after kneading it for the last time, put it back into the kneading bowl. Stretch the dough, cover it with a clean cloth and let it rise for 1 hour. Cut egg-sized pieces from the fermented dough and shape them by rolling them in your palms. Brush egg yolk on the yeast dough that you have placed spacedly on the tray. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes.
