Ingredients needed to make creamy sauce pasta in 5 minutes:
200 grams of spaghetti or any type of pasta;
1 glass of cream;
2 tablespoons of butter;
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped);
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese;
Salt and pepper;
Optional, fresh basil leaves for topping.
How to make:
boil the pasta. Boil water in a pot, add salt, add the pasta and boil according to the time on the package. After boiling, strain and keep aside.
Prepare the cream sauce. Melt the butter in a large pan and add finely chopped garlic and saute over low heat for 1-2 minutes.
Add cream and parmesan. Add the cream to the pan and stir to heat. When the cream starts to boil, add grated parmesan cheese and stir constantly until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine pasta with sauce. Add the boiled pasta to the pan and mix well with the creamy sauce. Make sure the sauce covers all the pasta and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
serve. Serve the creamy pasta hot. You can enhance the flavor by adding fresh basil leaves and sprinkling a little more parmesan if you wish.
When making creamy pasta, you can mix half the cream with milk for a lighter sauce. Additionally, boiling the pasta al dente, that is, slightly firm, gives better results when combined with the sauce.
