  1. Homemade liquid cream recipe:
    Materials:
    • 4 tablespoons of flour;
    • 2 egg yolks;

    • 1 pinch of salt;
    • 2 cups of whole milk.
    Preparation:
    1. Add egg yolk, flour, salt and lemon juice to a deep bowl and mix.

    3. It will thicken when you beat it at high speed for about 10 minutes.
    4. Leave it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
