  1. Ingredients needed to make cantik dough:
    • 2 glasses of warm water;
    • 1 tea glass of milk;
    • 1 instant virtual package (10 grams);

    • 1/2 tea glass of oil;
    • 1 egg white;
    • 5 cups of flour.
    How to make:
    1. Mix yeast, granulated sugar, warm water and milk in a bowl, cover and leave for 5 minutes for the yeast to activate.
    2. Add egg white, oil and salt and mix.
    3. Spread the flour into a large bowl, creating a well in the middle, add the liquid mixture and knead.
    4. Cover the dough with stretch wrap and wait 45 minutes for it to ferment.
    After the dough has fermented, orange-sized balls can be prepared and shaped by rolling them on a floured counter.
