   Yes, milk is used in making potato pastry..

   • For stuffing: A better consistency can be achieved by adding a little oil or milk into the mixture.
   • For the pastry sauce: Prepare a mixture of milk, yoghurt and oil to spread between the dough.
   • For the top: By applying a mixture of milk and egg yolk on the last layer of dough, the pastry can be browned better.
