1. No, METU dining hall and cafeteria are not the same.

   Dining hall and cafeteria are different service points at METU:

   • Dining Hall (Cafeteria Directorate). It serves at lunch and dinner on weekdays.
   • Cafeteria Cafe. It offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as cold drinks, coffee, tea and sandwiches. It is open between 08.00-23.00.

   There are also student canteens and various cafeterias throughout the campus.
