  1. Shambali and revani are not the same, both are different desserts from Turkish cuisine.
    ShambaliIt is made with semolina, yoghurt, flour, granulated sugar, eggs, baking powder and coconut. It has a denser and slightly harder texture.
    waferIt contains semolina, flour, sugar, eggs, milk and baking powder. It has a softer and spongier structure.
    Both desserts are served with sherbet, but the preparation method and density of the sherbet differ.
