How to make: Add salt and penne pasta to boiling water and let it boil, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion into pieces. Peel and chop the mushrooms. Heat the olive oil in a suitable pan. Add the chopped onions to the pan and sauté them. Add the mushrooms and continue sautéing. Cook until the mushrooms release their water. Remove the boiled pasta from the stove and drain the water. Add liquid cream, salt, thyme and black pepper to the mushrooms that have absorbed their water and started to roast, and stir for a few minutes.
