   To brew filter coffeefiltered or purified, boiled and cooled to 92-96°C wateris used.

   • Boiling point: After the water boils, wait for 2 minutes to allow it to drop to approximately 90 degrees.
   • water quality: Soft water should be preferred; Hard water neutralizes coffee acids.
   • pH level: The ideal pH level should be between 7.0 and 7.5.

   Excessively hot water makes the coffee taste bitter, while low temperatures do not provide adequate extraction.
