   The following ingredients are put into the dried eggplant stuffing:

   • For the stuffing:
     • 2.5 cups of rice;
     • 200 g minced meat;
     • 2 onions;
     • 1 bunch of parsley;
     • 2 cloves of garlic;
     • 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste;
     • 1.5 tablespoons of pepper paste;
     • 2 teaspoons of salt;
     • 1 teaspoon of black pepper;
     • 2 teaspoons of chili pepper;
     • 1 tablespoon sumac;
     • 1 glass of olive oil.
   • during cooking:
     • 2 glasses of hot water;
     • 1 tablespoon sumac;
     • 2 teaspoons of salt;
     • 1/2 tea glass of olive oil.

   Minced meat can also be added to the mixture if desired.
