The following recipes can be used to eat yogurt with chia seeds:
Chia seeds with yogurt. Place a glass of yoghurt, three tablespoons of chia seeds, four-five strawberries and a teaspoon of honey (optional) in a glass, add the crushed strawberries and mix. Then chia seeds are added and mixed thoroughly and left in the refrigerator for an hour or two. It can be decorated with desired fruits and peanut butter.
Chia seed yoghurt. Mix 400 g yoghurt, two teaspoons of chia seeds, four dried dates, four fresh strawberries and flaked almonds in a bowl. After waiting for the chia seeds to swell, fresh strawberry pieces and flaked almonds are sprinkled on them and honey is drizzled according to taste.
Strawberry yoghurt with chia seeds. Mix 200 grams of strawberries with two cups of strained yoghurt, one tablespoon of grated coconut and three tablespoons of agave syrup. Chia seeds are shared on the bottom of serving glasses, whipped yoghurt mixture is added on top, and after adding strawberry cubes, they are kept in the refrigerator for at least an hour and then served cold.
Chia seeds can be added to a variety of foods, such as yogurt, because they do not have a distinctive taste or smell.
