   Chopping stages:

   1. The apples are peeled.
   2. Put the apples in a bowl and chop them into cubes.
   3. Pour 2 tablespoons of lemon juice over the chopped apples and mix.
   4. Then, add 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and mix again.
