   Water pastry ingredients:

     • 6 eggs;
     • 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
   • For intermediate floors:
     • 125 grams of butter (8.5 tablespoons);

   • For the stuffing:
     • 600 grams of white cheese or pickled village cheese.
