    Ingredients needed to make wet cake cream:
    • 2 glasses of milk;
    • 1 egg;
    • 1 tablespoon wheat or corn starch;
    • 2 tablespoons of flour;
    • 2-2.5 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
    • 1 tablespoon of butter;
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla.
    How to make:
    1. Put eggs, butter, granulated sugar, vanillin, flour and starch into the pot.
    2. Add the milk and mix until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
    3. Put it on the stove and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    4. When it starts to bubble and thickens, remove it from the stove.
    5. After removing it from the stove, whisk it one last time.
    6. Transfer it to a bowl and cover it with stretch film.
    7. After cooling at room temperature for at least 1 hour, cool it in the refrigerator.
    tips:
    • After adding the milk, whisk well to prevent lumps.
    • While the cream is cooling, stir it frequently to prevent it from forming a crust.
    • If you want to make cocoa cream, increase the amount of sugar.
    • You can use margarine instead of butter.
