Being a geographically indicated product. It was registered as a geographical indication by Milas Chamber of Commerce and Industry on 23 August 2024.
Unique features. In the minced meat, beef breast or rib meat is used, the fat content is between 3 and 4.5%, tallow or tail fat is not added, it does not contain spices and onions, a small amount of stale bread is added.
Fresh preparation. It is produced daily and consumed fresh.
Cooking method. The grilling method used in cooking reveals the flavor of the meatballs in the best way.
Unique taste. It has an oily and soft consistency.
