   • For the cream:
     • 2.5 glasses of milk;
     • 1/2 cup granulated sugar;
     • 1/2 cup wheat starch;
     • 2 tablespoons of cocoa;
     • 140 grams of dark chocolate (melted);
     • 200 grams of butter (kept at room temperature).
   • For the ganache:
     • 1 pack of liquid cream;
     • 1 pack of milk chocolate;
