    The following ingredients can be used to make mushroom soup:
    • 500 grams of cultivated mushrooms;
    • 3 tablespoons of flour;
    • 500 ml milk;
    • 3 glasses of water (beef broth or chicken broth can be preferred);
    • 2 tablespoons of butter;
    • 1 bouillon (optional);
    • 1 teaspoon of salt;
    • 1 teaspoon of black pepper;
    • Juice of half a lemon and 2 spoons of vinegar (used while boiling mushrooms);
    • 2 tablespoons of butter (for frying the mushrooms);
    • Dill for topping (optional).
    How to make:
    1. Mushrooms are peeled, washed and boiled.
    2. Boiled mushrooms are chopped and roasted in a pan with butter.
    3. Melt butter in another pot, add flour and fry.
    4. Milk is added to the flour and when it boils, meat or chicken broth or boiled water is added.
    5. Roasted mushrooms are added to the pot.
    6. Add salt and pepper and cook over low heat until the soup thickens.
    7. Before taking the soup off the stove, add cream, bring it to a boil and turn off the stove.
    Tips:
    • Roast the flour over low heat, stirring constantly, otherwise it will burn.
    • Add milk slowly and while stirring to avoid curdling.
    • You can add chicken or broth to make the soup more delicious.
