    Ingredients needed to make katmer dough:
    • 1 glass of warm milk;
    • 1.5 teaspoons of salt;
    • a teaspoon of dry yeast;
    • about 2.5 cups of flour.
    How to make:
    1. Mix other ingredients except flour in the kneading bowl.
    2. Gradually add flour to obtain a soft dough that will not stick to the hand.
    3. Divide the dough in half.
    4. Roll out one of the meringues to the size of a dough.
    5. Pour 4-5 spoons of the butter and oil mixture on it and apply it everywhere with a brush.
    6. Cut the dough in half horizontally and fold the half circles into a roll.
    7. Leave the rolled layers, covered, in the refrigerator for an hour.
    8. After an hour, sprinkle the layers with a little flour and roll them out to the size of a plate.
    9. Fry both sides in a hot pan.
    When making katmer dough, it is recommended to knead the dough until it reaches a velvety consistency and to use a rolling pin when rolling it out. Additionally, the dough can be prepared in the evening and baked in the morning, but it is recommended not to let the yeast dough sit for too long.
