   Ingredients needed to make waffle dough:

   • 2 eggs;
   • 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
   • 1 glass of milk;
   • 1/4 cup oil;
   • 1 pack of vanilla;
   • 1 pack of baking powder;
   • a pinch of salt;
   • 2 cups of flour.

   How to make:

   1. Beat the egg and sugar until it becomes foamy.
   2. Add milk, oil, salt, baking powder, vanilla and flour and mix again.
   3. Heat the waffle maker, pour 1 ladleful of dough into the machine, close the lid and let it cook.

   tips:

   • After mixing the eggs and sugar, mixing the flour with a spatula will result in a fluffier waffle.
   • The ingredients should be mixed well to make the dough smooth.
   • The waffle maker must be oiled before cooking.

   Waffle batter can also be cooked in a toaster or non-stick pan.
